Bench/Box dumbbell pullovers

- Keep your shoulders anchored flat onto the box
- Your hips are flat on the box with your feet extended out flat onto the floor
- Hold a weight with both hands and keep your elbows tucked in
- Extend the weight overhead and pull down towards your abdomen, squeezing your elbows in
