Bent over assisted single arm dumbbell rows

- Hinge forward with your free hand supported underneath by an object such as a bench / box
- Keep your back flat and engage your core
- Row the dumbbell back and up towards your body, pulling straight towards your hip
- Keep your elbow tucked into your side body
