The Fit Vibe Weekly Workout Program

What is "The Program"?
The program was founded in my belief that an approach to fitness should be well rounded. In my experience, cardiovascular-focused exercise will burn calories, but dedicated strength training must be included to maximize a program’s effectiveness. Whether your goal is to lose weight or increase muscle definition, both cardio and lifting weights are important elements of a complete program. With The Fit Vibe, you can expect to do a little of everything on a weekly basis.

Each workout will range from 45-60 minutes. The workouts will include a detailed overview of each movement along with my video tutorials and instructions.
