CHEST PRESS

Lying chest press

- Lie flat on a mat or on a bench
- Press your head, neck and shoulders flat
- Drop your elbows down at a slight angle outside your body, keeping the dumbbells in alignment with one another
- Press the dumbbells straight back up above your chest
